POYAS Jewelry Shopify Store Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please send an email to poyasjewel@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
